Notifications filtering to easily find different types of notifs (e.g., reminder to give feedback)

Request:
A way to filter notifs by type (or similar functionality) in order to enable users to quickly find urgent or important notifs that require action or review.

Examples of such notifs: action item assigned, comment on your discussion topic, reminder to give feedback or peer review, etc.

Why:
With notifs across your org rolling up into a single notif feed in reverse chron order, it can be really hard to view/find urgent notifs or otherwise important, action-oriented notifs. This issue correlates to the size of the org — orgs with even 20-30 will probably feel this friction.

At PI, when Kudos is given (often to multiple people at once), users gets a notif for EACH piece of Kudos given to EACH individual, and it clogs your notif scroll. If I had an urgent/important notif, I'd have to keep scrolling in the notifs window to find it, and it would be very easy to miss. At present, there's not even a way to know if an urgent/important notif is waiting underneath all the Kudos.
