Enhance 360 Feedback Functionality - Formal Review Process AND Custom Capability Ratings
Current 360 functionality is built for a "light" project based way to provide feedback. To make this product more competitive in the market enhancing the 360 functionality to include more custom formal reviews (bi-annual/annual) that can be created with several different question types. Ideally this feedback would then be compiled into some type of report or dashboard for the individual and manager to further support performance management. This could even tie in the components of the rest of the platform (kudos, feedback, goals, completion of action items, etc.).
Furthermore, having the ability to do a behavioral 360 on custom leadership capabilities would also be a good enhancement to the 360 feature. With leadership development becoming more prevalent having a system to evaluate and support individuals growth and development in specific capabilities that are important to the role or organization would be a key differentiator. Ideally, this would also have a dashboard or report.

Shawna LakeI appreciate this suggestion. We had a demo with a prospect who would love to move to continuous feedback cycle but need to add that in gradually on top of a traditional review system with ratings.
