Tagging Performance Analytics in Dashboard

Managers meet with direct reports for a variety of reasons. It would help to be able to tag meetings with the purpose of the meeting (i.e. onboarding, professional development, skill development, etc.). Understanding the context will help understand why individuals are meeting and how they are developing.
