View Feedback and Kudos of direct reports

Be able to view all the public feedback and kudos given to your direct reports (as a manager)

Perform users are already able to view public kudos for any other users you share a 1:1 workspace with (or any other user if you're an admin user). You can see other people's public kudos by going into their Profile (within a workspace, hover over their name/profile picture in the top of the workspace, and click 'View Profile').

Meanwhile, 1:1 feedback is private by default and thus can't be seen by anyone other than the recipient. 360 Feedback is also private by default, but can be seen by the recipient and their manager.
