Link feedback and kudos to preset company values

I have two prospects who like NectarHR because they can give feedback with drop down menu of all their company values. In fact, you can't submit until you've aligned with at least one value. This feature would need to be in place before they would consider a switch.

Allow categories or customization with Kudos to allow clients to align them to their values, etc.

Was about to submit this feature idea separately because of conversations I've had with PeopleOps and PAC folx, was very happy to find one already existed! This feature would be great for us at PI, and obviously for our clients as well!! It would ensure Kudos and Feedback are provided through our values framework and would create a clearer line between these tools/how we use them and the cultivation of our culture. A great value add for all orgs using Perform.
