Add Project Management/Gantt chart type functionality

Add a calendar based timeline for project management/gantt chart type functionality with ability to assign tasks/chunks of project to an individual or workgroup. Can integrate with the Goals section as many folks periodic evaluations are based on amount of work completed or progress on projects.
