Executive Analytics Dashboard ("Manager-of-managers dashboard")

As an executive (or manager of managers), I would like the ability to see the Manager Dashboard of each of my direct reports who are also managers, so that I can better track the engagement of each team below me.

- executive accesses Admin analytics or Manager dashboard
- executive clicks on a direct report of theirs
- if that direct report is a manager themselves, executive would then see the manager dashboard for that direct report

Jessy: [large client] has a lot of executives/managers who manage managers, and they would love to be able to have a specific dashboard for these folks. This dashboard would show the executives how they are managing and interacting with their direct reports (managers), but they would also love to see their direct reports manager analytics. So it would be more of a cascading view to see how each manager is managing their team. This would sort of be a hybrid of the current manager dashboard and the admin analytics. I actually get this request a fair amount and as someone who's managed managers, I see how this could be a very valuable dashboard.
