PI-suggested agenda topics or action items based on behavioral insights
Allow managers to select suggested agenda topics/talking points or action items based on the problem area at hand, and the individuals' relevant behavioral insights.
As a manager in a workspace with my direct report, I can ask Perform to give me a suggested agenda topic that focuses either on career development, collaboration, engagement, productivity, difficult feedback, etc, and Perform can provide a recommended agenda item that also takes into account the individuals' behavioral insights.
For example (not scientifically validated): As a manager, I want to talk about career growth with my direct report. I will ask Perform to generate an agenda topic about career growth. Since we know that my direct report is low B (very reserved), Perform can suggest the following agenda topic: "To refine your communication skills, what opportunities do you have to give presentations about topics of which you are a subject matter expert?"

My biggest concern is that PI has parceled everything out so I want to see it took a lot of googling, and somebody else’s website just to find out the standard 17 reference profiles and to see where my team is with that. All I can see it’s the few snap shots of the behavioral report. Not having perform tied to the rest of the PI profiles is a big miss. I want hints and details in my goals and action items to be influenced by the profile not just me guessing. -
