We need a modern full featured rich text editor in order to increase adoption across our teams. The comment interface is difficult to use compared to other tools.

Requested features:
- Text formatting capabilities similar to Atlassian Jira (https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/WikiRendererHelpAction.jspa?section=all).
- Support for retaining unsaved comments as drafts
- The Enter/Return key inserts a new line by default

When I am typing in meeting mode I lose the format bar (bold, italics, underline, etc.) when my note extends too long making me need to scroll back up to add it new formatting. I'd recommend having it be frozen at the top with scroll or move it to the bottom so it's always there

When I begin a bulleted list I need to "shift - return" to carry it. I believe the standard formatting is just being able to hit return to carry the bullets as it makes things much easier

Absolutely love the templates. Can I add a feature request allowing us to do formatting on them (bold/underline/URLs) as well? And second ask is for the descriptions when there is one for the questions, to show up?
