Jira integration: Include a comment that links back to the action item

When selecting an Action Item and choosing "Copy to Jira", please include a Comment in the newly created Jira Issue that contains a link back to the Action Item in Perform.

For example: [PERFORM USER] copied this Issue from the [PERFORM ACTION ITEM DESCRIPTION WITH EMBEDDED LINK] action item in Perform.

That would help us manually close the loop back in Perform after the issue is completed in Jira. Additionally, we could use Jira automation to automatically tag these issues as "coming from Perform" based on the expected text in the comment field. That would enable us to search for Jira Issues created by Perform.
